health hx form, prescriptions, test results, outside records Process and prepare add-on History and Physicals Check the following week's schedule for all office surgery/ PRP injection appointments Complete disability paperwork for providers Process all faxes, mail, voicemails, phone messages, tasks should be checked and completed within 24 hours of receiving Scanning is done daily.
Process all messages/ tasks related to clinic care Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
