Job Summary In support of the Sales strategy for assigned territory, develops and retains a quality residential client base of Real Estate Agents and Brokers, Lenders, Builders, Agents, Attorneys and others through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers to attain maximum sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from all markets for the division's products and/or services.
Essential Functions Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Knowledge and Skills Presentation Skills Client Relationships Emphasizing Excellence Negotiation Prospecting Skills Meeting Sales Goals Creativity Sales Planning Independence Motivation for Sales Typical Education Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred Typical Range of Experience At least five (5) years of industry sales experience One to three years of management experience Strategic leadership ability License or Certification Requires a valid driver's license.
Pay Range:
$60,000 annually, plus monthly commission This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of the posting, and is subject to change.
The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate's education, training, experience, and geographic location.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
