Modern office setting Growth opportunities Maple Cabinet Group is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our kitchen cabinet showroom in Orange County.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service, as well as a strong understanding of the product and market of kitchen cabinets.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing relationships with potential customers, providing product information, and closing sales.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about cabinet sales and customer service to join a growing organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our cabinet products and services Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with builders, contractors, and homeowners Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, from initial contact to project completion Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget Provide accurate estimates and quotes for cabinet projects Stay up to date on industry trends and changes to ensure our products remain competitive Develop sales strategies and tactics to increase sales volume.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Provide customer service support and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred 1
years of experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen cabinet sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
