Assistant Property Manager/Administration Assistant shall assist property managers in the day-to-day operations of the property and office operations.
Essential Job Functions:
Customary administrative duties such as mail distribution, creating documents, copying, faxing, answering & directing calls, maintaining electronic and paper files.
Oversee office supplies and ensure that orders are made timely is accordance with the property policy.
Maintain and update various databases such as tenant aged invoices, tenant and vendor insurance.
Prepare monthly reports using Microsoft word, or excel and Adobe.
Prepare default letters and other written communication to tenants.
Prepare lease abstracts, rent increases and CAM letters.
Follow up with tenant insurance and Tenant aged invoices.
Requirements and Qualifications Minimum 5 years Property Management and or administrative experience.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, YARDI.
