Landscape Managers must be proficient in all areas of landscape maintenance and we expect them to act as a champion for the customer by demanding excellence from the operations team.
Our rapid growth is fueled by excellent customer service and our Managers are on the front line.
We are currently looking for a Branch Manager and an Account Manager.
Minimum Duties:
Manage multiple landscape maintenance accounts in assigned territory with revenues exceeding $75k/month.
Generate extra revenue via enhancement proposals and sales.
Produce annual landscape budgets with customers Responsible for monthly customer walk-through schedule.
Landscaping Subject Matter Expert for customers and production managers.
Landscape design ability is a plus.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years landscape maintenance experience Must possess a valid drivers license and be insurable on company insurance plan.
Applicable landscape certifications (or ability to attain withing one year).
Skills with Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM applications.
Fluent in Spanish is preferred.
Must have Landscape industry knowledge and understanding.
