Job Description:
We are seeking an project administrator to join our growing team at CHECKSET Review.
This person will support our technical review teams through the processing & staging of construction documents.
Training will be provided therefore no prior architectural or construction knowledge is required.
We are looking for a responsible, self-motivated individual who is willing to learn & grow within a remote team environment.
Strong communication and organization skills are required.
Required to reside in Orange County, CA.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
Digital proficiency and familiarity with cloud-based software.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff members.
Ability to learn new software applications Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to multitask, be a team player, possess a can-do attitude, and be a self-starter.
Responsibly carry out tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Bluebeam Revu experience preferred but not required.
? Architectural or Construction experience preferred but not required.
?Reside in Orange County, CA.
Available for in-person training.
Responsiblities Processing construction documents and specifications based on CHECKSET's defined procedures & standards.
Utilize Bluebeam software to produce and organize color-coded overlays based on company standards.
Drawing organization & digital filing.
Implementing standardized quality assurance procedures.
Maintaining reference library.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
