As a Sales Consultant with RbA, you will be surrounded by a highly energized team who is passionate about enriching the lives of our homeowners.
This sales class will start on August 14th, and the first four weeks of training will be based in our Laguna Hills, CA office.
This position will require regular travel throughout Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties.
Our Sales Consultants are responsible for conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle 2
years of in-home or outside sales experience Strong written & verbal communicate skills Availability to work some weekend and evening appointments Ability to sit frequently, walk, reach at waist level, climb stairs Ability to occasionally reach from floor to/at above shoulder level Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55 lbs and place them on raised surfaces Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid state motor vehicle operator's license In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
