We are looking for someone with prior customer service experience, who is friendly, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities include:
Interacting with clients as front of office Scheduling free trials, enrolling new clients, scheduling make up lessons, transferring classes, and managing and calling wait lists Respond to inquiries via email and phone Being knowledgeable about the different gymnastics programs that we offer Provide customers with class rates Taking and handling payments Perform general administration tasks Preferred:
Minimum one year office experience Must enjoy children Gymnastics or sports related knowledge preferred but not required Hours available include weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
