This is a critical support position in the Funeral Industry.
These individuals are the first our families come in contact with, on the phone or in person.
General Accountabilities Provides family support functions including maintaining and obtaining accurate and detailed legal documents, inventory tracking and ordering, and Family Tribute maintenance.
Full range of reception duties including phone answering, opening and sorting mail.
Feel no task is too simple or meaningless, knowing every gesture must be genuine to our families we assist.
Education and Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Business environment experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Good communication skills Ability to multitask and set priorities.
Detail oriented Well groomed and professional attire Communicate persuasively with co-workers, customers, government agencies, and doctor's offices to gain cooperation.
Operate Electronic Death Registration System (EDRS) Knowledge of heath department procedures Knowledge medical terminology - helpful MS Office Software Ability to quickly learn web-based Family Tribute Software CA Driver's License Keyboard at 40 wpm Bilingual a plus Schedule may include and of the following:
Monday to Friday Night Shifts Weekends Early Mornings Holidays' 'Benefit Conditions:
