In this position you will be part of a team of professionals at Feldsott, Lee & Nichter.
The position is 25 hours a week, flexible on the days of the week, offering $20.

The candidate will be required to perform some or all of the duties and responsibilities listed below:
1.
Provide clerical support for the Assessment Department 2.
Perform data entry and analysis on various databases 3.
Contact property management companies to secure necessary documents 4.
Provide status reports to associations 5.
Monitor files to verify case information and ensure progression 6.
Provide quality customer support to homeowners and homeowners associations 7.
Create account balance based off multiple ledgers 8.
Input billing and process invoices Skills and Requirements :
Office experience preferred Assessment collection experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communications skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally Attention to detail is important Excellent organizational skills Proficiency with MS Office Ability to analyze ledgers Job Type:
