Key
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Specialist (EB3 and H1B):
Identify and secure job positions suitable for EB3 and H1B visa applicants.
Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs.
Conduct comprehensive market research for relevant opportunities.
Foster relationships with potential employers.
Assist in the preparation and submission of visa applications.
Personal Assistant:
Manage correspondence and communication.
Assist with personal and professional errands.
Support project management, including planning and hosting events.
Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on EB3 and H1B visas.
In-depth knowledge of immigration processes and related regulations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent multitasking abilities.
