Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Paragon team of experts and staff, which will include monitoring the case flow for each matter, filing case material and various other duties.
Compensation:
$50,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience, paid monthly.
Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Prioritize the client to ensure excellence in task execution.
Request and file case material.
Act as a liaison between company, clients, and vendors.
Interact with company staff and external clients as needed.
Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries.
Gather relevant information from the caller to determine the most appropriate contact at Paragon.
Communicate and collaborate with the engineering staff to provide materials and information required to complete the review of case materials.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the command of the English language.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or greater.
1-3 years administrative experience preferred.
1-3 years of customer service experience.
Clio experience is a plus.
