We are seeking a detail-oriented Prepress / Administrative Employee to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in graphic design, prepress operations, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with prepress operations including preparing files for printing & proofing - Coordinate with clients to ensure accurate file submissions and resolve any artwork issues - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, answering phone calls/emails, greating customers - Assist with taking customer payment and ensuring orders are picked up in a timely manner - Utilize graphic design software to create layouts and designs for print materials - Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow Skills:
- Proficiency in typography and layout design - Experience with prepress operations and graphic design software - Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and attention to detail are valued.
