Junior Account Manager

Job Purpose:
Serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs and securing new business for our clients.
Job Duties:
Operates as a sales representative between our corporate clients in a select retail market.
Speaks to new customers about service promotions, completes contracts, and establishes new accounts by maintaining strong knowledge of all products, pricing, and competitive sales offers.
Focuses on meeting all sales objectives.
Submits all service contracts and maintains communications with customer about product installation.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily presentation reports, weekly goals, and market feedback.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems or service cancellations; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

This is an entry level position which means all backgrounds will be considered and full training will be provided for all responsibilities we would expect you to perform. Pay is based on hourly, commission, and bonuses. Health insurance is offered through Anthem Blue Cross.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
