Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
This position contributes to the success of the client by providing general administrative support
  • Front desk security local process owner 
  • Performing general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing faxing etc. 
  • Create presentations in PowerPoint 
  • Maintain and order office supplies 
  • Location Mail/Package local process owner 
  • Donation/Sampling local process owner 
  • Telecomm local process owner for cellular 
  • Security Support 
  • Department local process owner 
  • General support for meetings and events 
  • Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers 
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative 
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
  • Previous administrative experience preferred 
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Strong Interpersonal skills, with significant attention to detail 
  • Reliability and dependability are a must 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must 
  • Must be able to lift 5 lbs to 15 lbs consistently/Bend & Squat often

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
